*Limited spots for this workshop to keep it intimate, relaxed and to allow for conversation and sharing.

Is the idea of being the “perfect mum” weighing you down?

From societal ideals of selflessness to the hidden costs of balancing it all, this workshop unpacks how motherhood is shaped by unrealistic standards and expectations.

‘Rediscovering yourself during Motherhood’

An in-person workshop to help with empowerment and self worth for Mothers in our community.

Workshop will be on a Saturday in February 2024 (still ironing out the details):

Themes we will be discussing are

- motherhood v mothering

- changing of identity

- loss of income

- selflessness v self preservation

- mothers guilt and changing our mindsets

- being everything to everyone all the time

This will be an interactive, hands on workshop with discussions and activities and hopefully lots of little take away moments.
